Step 1: Requirements Communication

•  Contact customer service: specify label purpose, size, quantity, and material requirements (coated paper, synthetic paper, matte silver, writing paper, transparent PET, etc.)
•  Design files or samples are preferred; templates are usually available if you don't have one

Step 2: Quotation Confirmation

•  The supplier provides a quote based on quantity, size, and material
•  Higher quantities mean lower unit prices — bulk printing offers the best value

Step 3: Design & Layout

•  The designer arranges layout, adjusting text and logo placement
•  A mock-up is typically provided for your approval

Step 4: Sample Confirmation

•  Pre-production sampling to confirm color, size, and adhesion
•  Check colors under natural lighting; test the stickiness before approving

Step 5: Bulk Printing

•  Mass production begins after sample approval
•  Standard turnaround: 1–3 days; rush orders available for same-day or next-day delivery

Step 6: Quality Inspection

•  Reputable suppliers conduct scratch resistance, colorfastness, and adhesion tests
•  You may also perform spot checks upon receipt

Step 7: Packaging

•  Roll format (ideal for machine application) or sheet format (for manual application)
