II. Optimizing Adhesive Formulations

The adhesive is the key to determining whether the label will “stick” properly. Ordinary acrylic or rubber-based adhesives may soften and fail at temperatures above 80℃. Strategies to enhance heat resistance include:
•  Using High-Temperature Acrylic Adhesives: By cross-linking modification, the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the adhesive is increased, allowing it to maintain adhesion at temperatures between 120–180℃.
