In the “Page Setup” section of the barcode ribbon and label paper editing software, under the “Paper” tab, reset the settings. It is recommended to measure the actual height of the barcode ribbon and label paper with a ruler before printing, and then set the label correctly.IV. Dirty Paper Sensor
Clean the paper sensor with anhydrous alcohol. Turn off the printer power before cleaning. Then perform the “Paper Detection” operation. While in standby mode, press and hold the FEED key for 3 seconds, and the three LED indicator lights will flash simultaneously.V. Irregular Gaps Between Barcode Ribbon and Label Paper
